Customer Support (Spanish)

Park4night is a leading platform dedicated to helping travelers discover the best spots to rest, park, and explore. With a community-driven approach, we provide a comprehensive guide to unique locations, including camping areas, motorhome-friendly sites, and scenic stops worldwide. Our mission is to enhance the travel experience by offering a user-friendly app and excellent customer support.

Join our team in Warsaw!

As part of our Customer Support team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting users/customers with resolving issues related to our app or website via email, PlayStore, or AppStore.

  • Reviewing and verifying data entered into our platform, including new locations, comments, and photos.

  • Participating in international exhibitions (e.g., Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Birmingham, Barcelona, Paris, Warsaw), approximately 5-7 times per year, totaling around 25 days.

  • Preparing the exhibition stand, training and managing hostesses during trade fairs.

  • Responsible for engaging with both app users and business partners throughout the events.

  • Translating app content and marketing materials.

  • Providing feedback to colleagues and suggesting improvements as part of quality control.

  • Testing new app versions and reporting bugs.

  • Be in touch with local partners/influencers.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level), particularly in written communication.

  • Advanced English skills (B2/C1 level), primarily written.

  • Strong familiarity with digital tools, mobile apps, and the Office suite.

  • Sales and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to make decisions based on established guidelines.

  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications (appreciated but not required):
  • Experience with motorhomes or camping.

  • Background in customer care or working in a startup environment.

  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German, Dutch, French, Italian, Polish) at B2/C1 level.

  • Familiarity with similar mobile apps (e.g., Google Maps, TripAdvisor).

What we offer:

  • B2B contract with a competitive salary of 9,000 - 11,000 PLN.

  • Full IT equipment, including a laptop, additional screen, and smartphone.

  • Bonuses for participating in trade shows.

  • Hybrid work model: 2 days per week in our Warsaw office, with the remainder remote.

  • 38 hours per week, flexible Monday to Friday, with an additional 2 hours on weekends.
