Forvis Mazars XFactory - Startup accelerator - Forvis Mazars - Poland

XFactory is an international acceleration program created by Forvis Mazars to help ambitious startups scale faster and smarter. Our aim is to support companies with positive impact on society and environment.

Originally launched in France and now running in Poland, the program offers founders direct access to experienced business mentors, expert guidance, and hands-on support from Forvis Mazars professionals.

Each selected startup receives:

Up to 6 months of tailor-made coaching within Forvis Mazars
A dedicated mentor – a Partner or Director from Forvis Mazars supporting throughout the journey
Free access to multidisciplinary expertise, from strategy and finance to tax, legal, and international growth
Six practical modules designed around the most common challenges founders face when scaling up

Together with La French Tech Warsaw, XFactory connects startups with the innovation ecosystem and opens doors to international opportunities.
